Background: we'd been using ActiveCampaign for years in our business and had lots of notes saved on our contacts. So changing was tricky because ActiveCampaign does NOT export notes when you do a standard data export.
We did our research and for a few reasons wanted to switch to HighLevel... but didn't want to lose all those years worth of comments / notes.
Luckily, I figured out a way and I demo it in this video.

In this video I’ll show you a technique I created to automatically update a contact's country based on their phone number in HighLevel CRM.
This is especially useful if you use Highlevel internationally, as without it the country field for each contact defaults to the country of the agency.
